Position Title: Digital Solutions & Clients Officer

Position Summary

The Digital Solutions & Clients Officer will support the development, implementation, and

optimization of Shaqodoon’s digital platforms. The role also involves engaging partner

organizations, clients, and beneficiaries to ensure high-quality service delivery and user

experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, innovative, and client-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of digital platforms and generate periodic analytics reports to support

decision-making.

• Collaborate with software developers to test new features, report bugs, and ensure smooth

deployment.

• Support digital content creation, including user guides, FAQs, and training materials for

platforms.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure security, data accuracy, and functionality.

• Manage client onboarding and orientation for organizations using Shaqodoon’s digital solutions.

• Track client requests, incidents, and resolutions through a helpdesk or ticketing system.

• Assist with database management and ensure proper data entry, backup, and protection

protocols.

• Participate in project planning meetings to represent digital solution needs and updates.

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for partners and beneficiaries.

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and long-term

engagement.

• Support the integration of digital tools across different Shaqodoon projects and ensure

consistency.

• Provide recommendations for digital upgrades or improvements based on client feedback and

trends.

• Ensure compliance with Shaqodoon’s ICT policies, data protection standards, and digital security

guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering,

or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital solutions, IT support, or client services (preferably

in NGO or private sector).

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud-based systems, and mobile applications.

• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

• Ability to analyze user needs and propose practical digital solutions.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
