KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive, within delegated authority):
Enrolments and Beneficiary Data Management:
Lead enrolment processes in SCOPE, ensuring accurate data entry, verification, and compliance with established standards.
Maintain and update beneficiary records in SCOPE, including registrations, biometric updates, and mobile number changes.
Manage and maintain accurate records of Cash-Based Transfers and In-kind enrolments in coordination with Strategic Outcome teams, ensuring alignment with approved distribution plans, and available CBT &B IK resources.
Provide frontline support to Area Offices, technical teams, and cooperating partners during registrations and beneficiary rotation activities.
Deduplication and Data Quality Assurance:
Lead programmatic & biometric deduplication and quality checks for new and existing identities, ensuring all records are free from biometric and programmatic duplicates.
Manage and monitor the interagency phone number deduplication platform and other anomaly detection dashboards, ensuring conflicting or duplicate data is excluded from distribution cycles.
Conduct regular data integrity checks using dashboards to identify and resolve duplicate records.
Support routine data cleaning and validation exercises using already developed tools to uphold the accuracy and reliability of beneficiary data in SCOPE.
CBT and In-kind Reconciliation & Reporting:
Monitor in-kind distributions, tracking dispatches, commodity accounting, and daily distributions to support monthly reconciliation and expense recognition.
Liaise with Strategic Outcome Managers, Supply Chain, Finance and CP Management units to resolve discrepancies in distribution and reconciliation data.
In collaboration with the analytics team, provide monthly reporting inputs for Country Office 5Ws and COMET entries.
Coordination and Operational Support:
Facilitate effective collaboration by exchanging information with internal counterparts and cooperating partners to support project implementation and monitoring.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a focal point for resolving general operational queries, escalating issues where necessary.
Other Duties:
Perform other related tasks as required to support the IDM and Delivery Team’s objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Education: Completion of secondary school education OR University degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: At least five (5) years of relevant experience with a secondary school certificate OR University degree, (Diploma/Bachelor’s) with a minimum of two (2) or more years of experience in CBT/IDM or related fields.
Languages: Fluent knowledge of English and Somali language.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office applications-MS word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
Familiarity with corporate digital tools and systems is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
