DP World Berbera hereby invites sealed bids from interested, eligible and qualified contractors, buyers and equipment trading companies for the sale of ECH Empty Container Handler and Caterpillar 16 Tonnage equipment. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate in the official site visit and inspection process prior to bid submission.

Important Tender Instructions

• Interested bidders shall conduct a physical inspection and site visit during the allocated tender period.

• All transportation, loading, dismantling, lifting, governmental charges and related costs shall be fully borne by the successful bidder.

• DP World Berbera shall not be responsible for any operational, transportation or governmental charges related to purchased equipment.

• Detailed equipment information and supporting schedules will be made available during the official site visit period.

• All submitted bids must be sealed, clearly marked with the tender reference number and hand-delivered before the stated closing date and time.

• Late submissions or incomplete submissions shall not be considered.
