JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is critical to our maritime service delivery. You will be responsible for streamlining port operations, managing complex vessel documentation, and maintaining vital relationships with port authorities and global shipping lines.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead and manage daily port operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Maritime Agency: Execute all vessel-related documentation and agency services with precision and compliance.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for port authorities, customs, and shipping partners.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversee the smooth movement and clearance of cargo to minimize turnaround times.

• Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous operational records and provide regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–4 years of proven professional experience in port or maritime operations.

• Citizenship: Valid Somaliland ID and a clean criminal record.

• Residency: Must be a current resident of Berbera.

• Driving: Ability to drive is a significant advantage.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
