WABCO TYRE CENTRE a Member of Daldhis Group of companies based in Somaliland looking for an experienced and Motivated a Counter Sales and Administrative Assistant to provide front-line customer service and administrative support for tyre and automotive services, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client satisfaction.

The candidate should have proven experience in the sales field, especially related Automotive and Aftermarket industry, with an excellent knowledge of the Business, Sales and Marketing field of study. Addition to enough knowledge of the Somalia and English languages (Verbal and writings), should also demonstrate ability of team play and working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers at the counter with tyre sales, oil products, and service inquiries

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and quotations

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

• Sale company products and services as per target given.

Service Coordination

• Schedule appointments for tyre changes, wheel alignments, oil changes, and minor repairs

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery

• Monitor service progress and update customers accordingly

Administrative Support

• Maintain inventory records for tyres, oils, and parts accessories

• Initiate stock ordering based on market and customer need.

• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and service logs

• Check and supervise the Technicians work in progress and manage the clients priorities

Any Other duties may be assigned from time to time by the employer after consultation with employee.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum Credential University Bachelor degree of Business administration, Mechanical Engineering, Sales Marketing and other Business and Automotive related fields of study.

2. Minimum 2-5 years’ Experiences in Automotive , Engine related Technologies, selling and marketing or related industries.

3. Excellent In Computer Applications and Emailing

4. good in driving with valid Driver license

5. Excellent both Somali and English Languages

6. Highly Innovative and Creative character

7. Ability to multitask and work in under-pressure environment and situation

8. Prior experience in retail or automotive service is an added advantage
