Job Description

The Multi Media Officer will be responsible for planning, creating, designing, and managing digital media content including graphics, videos, motion graphics, branding materials, and social media content. The officer will work closely with the marketing, communications, and design teams and will operate under the Business Development Office to produce high-quality multimedia content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communication strategies.

The Multi Media Officer will also be responsible for video editing, motion graphics production, content creation, and ensuring all multi media materials follow company branding guidelines and standards, under the supervision and direction of the Business Development Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, design, and plan concepts and layouts for digital media and motion graphic projects.

  • Design graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, and company publications.

  • Create motion graphics and animations for corporate videos, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

  • Edit raw video footage and add music, sound effects, graphics, and visual effects.

  • Develop digital content for social media platforms and online campaigns.

  • Assist in branding, advertising, and promotional material design.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas and campaigns.

  • Research and analyze new design trends, tools, and digital media techniques.

  • Assist in designing storyboards for video production and animations.

  • Ensure all designs and media outputs follow company branding guidelines and standards.

  • Manage and organize digital media files and content archives.

  • Support marketing and communication teams in campaigns and events.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in ICT, Mass Media, Media & Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Video Editing, or Motion Graphics.

  • Experience in advertising, branding, or media production is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Candidate must have good working experience in:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe After Effects

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Photography and videography tools

  • Social media management tools (optional advantage)
