We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Officer to lead and enhance our organization's digital presence across online platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing strategy, content creation, multimedia production, and performance analytics, with a proven ability to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and collaborate closely with the creative content team and the section manager to align creative outputs with broader digital marketing goals, brainstorm campaigns, and ensure timely project delivery using Agile workflows and methodologies. 

  • Multimedia Content Creation: Design professional static graphics, marketing layouts, and visual assets for the website, app, and social media platforms. 

  • Video Production & Editing: Shoot and edit high-quality, engaging video content (e.g., promotional videos and Reels) including cutting, audio syncing, color grading, and adding text overlays. 

  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze complete digital marketing campaigns across channels, including managing Email marketing automated workflows, newsletters, and targeted SMS marketing broadcasts. 

  • Social Media Management: Utilize enterprise social media management tools and pull analytical reports. 

  • Content Strategy & Copywriting: Plan cohesive digital content calendars and write appealing marketing copy, captions, SMS texts, email templates, website articles, and video scripts. 

  • Platform & Website Management: Monitor website and app content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and active user engagement. 

  • Community & Partner Management: Monitor and respond to social media activities, manage online community interactions, and coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and external media firms.

  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and growth opportunities.

  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: Track key performance metrics (including engagement, reach, open rates, growth, and sentiment) and prepare short reports for management with actionable improvement recommendations

Skills and qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Business administration or equivalent 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing
